The CRL Revolution XT Glass Saw takes glass fabrication to the next level. A double-sided ring blade allows cutting forward or backward, leaving an almost polished edge on the glass. The self-contained coolant system does not require a pump or spray nozzles to keep blade cool and well-lubricated. This coolant bath system means less moisture spread over the working pieces and the work area. The unique rubber drive system holds the blade in perfect alignment for trimming a 1/16" (1.6 mm) strip off a straight edge or cutting a small 3/8" (10 mm) radius corner.
Add the optional Slide Tray and turn the XT into a custom Glass Milling Machine capable of cutting flat, straight lines or miters quickly and easily. Magnetic stops come with the Slide Tray to hold work firmly in position, and a built-in ruler aids with perfect alignment.
Although the Revolution XT is perfect for indoor countertop work, add the DTS1STD Collapsible Work Stand and you have the perfect indoor/outdoor workstation. The DTS1STD provides a comfortable working height and is a snap to set up. Important Notes: Always wear gloves and safety glasses when fabricating glass, and always employ a ground fault interrupt device such as the CRL GF1 when using electrical tools in wet environment.
