A flexible product that can be easily bent and attached to a ribbed frame by nails, staples or glue. Requires no special tools. 2-ply construction offers a stable and balanced panel.
Advantages And Benefits
Can be formed by gluing two pieces back to back to form a freestanding curved panel, such as:
- Doors
- Drawer fronts
- Other similar products
The panel is sanded and calibrated for consistent size and thickness.
- Provides smoother, more symmetrical laminating or painting surface
- All materials are manufactured in a controlled environment
- No special tools or installation steps needed
Application
- Should be formed prior to face lamination.
- PVC adhesive is recommended for this fabrication technique, as it will result in a more stable and rigid bond.

- The recommended bending radius is approximately 6-8 inches.
- Horizontal or vertical-grade laminates are recommended.
