The RIDGID 1/4 in. x 30 ft. replacement drain cleaning cable is designed to be used with the RIDGID power clear drain cleaning machine (model no. 55808). The cable spins to break and remove tough clogs from pipes and this machine is built for strength. The inner core cable is both rugged and kink resistant while still flexible enough to provide more cleaning power to the cable end. - Easy to replace in 8-steps: remove guide hose and drum front, pull existing cable out, remove screws from drum back, disconnect existing cable, feed new cable through drum outlet and attach, feed cable into drum, place drum into machine and rotate drum until it seats in to place and install the front housing with guide hose
