Product Overview
LAP If a closer is needed for replacement the arm cover cement case top pivot and floor plate are omitted. For exterior or interior doors. Weight up to 450 lbs and door width up to 4'0. Doors 60 to 90 in height should use one intermediate pivot each additional 30 (762mm) warrants another intermediate pivot. Standard top pivot #180 included and M19 intermediate pivot is required (order separately). Built-in Positive dead stop prevents door from swinging beyond the desired opening degree. Separate and independent valves for closing speed latch speed and backcheck. Cycolac rust-proof cement case. Vertical door adjustment. Furnished with wood and machine screws. ANSI/C06041/C06051
