MODEL 30 CENTER HUNG, DOUBLE ACTING FLOOR CLOSERS
The Rixson 30 Floor Closer, part of the Norton Rixson 30 Series, is a double-acting, center-hung solution designed for standard door frame installations. Suitable for both interior and exterior doors weighing up to 200 lbs, the Rixson 30 offers smooth, reliable performance in a compact, concealed design. Ideal for applications where aesthetics and functionality are equally important, the closer is engineered for durability and ease of installation.

- 340 top pivot included
- Available non-hold open (N) or automatic hold open (A) at 90 degree (requires 93 degree swing) or 100 (requires 103 degree swing)
- Maximum door opening 103 degree
- Centering arm with adjusting screws in face of door (critical for double acting doors)
- Adjustable closing speed valves for each direction of door swing
- Mechanism returns door to center
- Auxiliary door stop required, overhead or floor type
- Not allowed for fire rated doors
