For doors flush with the frame. Used with floor closer models 27 L27 127 QT27 HM27 51 QT51 and HM51 as well as 117-1/2 and L117 pivot sets. Mitered returns furnished standard on the pull side of the door. Thresholds are drilled for installation and furnished with wood screws and lead anchors.
