NORTON RIXSON 9ADJ SERIES HEAVY DUTY SURFACE MOUNTED DOOR STOP AND HOLDER

The Norton Rixson 9ADJ Series Checkmate , part of the Rixson 9 Series, is a heavy-duty, adjustable, surface-mounted stop and holder built to withstand high-traffic, high-abuse environments. Designed for durability and performance, the Rixson 9 Series overhead stop helps control door movement while providing reliable stopping and holding functionality in demanding commercial and institutional settings.

  • 110 degree maximum opening (except 9ADJ for center hung 30-36" door which is 105 degree)
  • Degree of opening is fully adjustable and can be adapted to changing needs
  • 1-3/4" minimum door thickness; for thicker doors consult factory
  • Hold open and stop functions
  • 1-3/16" square channel
  • Heavy shock absorber spring provides 5-7 degrees compression before dead stop
  • Durable slider cam and shock block
  • Complete screw packet with thru-bolts for door, plus wood and machine screws for frame
  • For high security areas, Torx screws available for exposed fasteners
  • Hanging means by other than standard butts or offset pivots requires special templating and pricing; consult factory
