This ROFU 1400-05 Right Hand replacement solenoid is designed for use with ROFU 1400 series electric strikes. It operates on 12V AC/DC power, with a continuous duty rating for DC and intermittent duty (not exceeding 10 seconds) for AC applications. As a fail-secure component, the electric strike remains locked when power is removed. It is suitable for controlled access applications in electronic doors, gates, and cabinets, and is compatible with various third-party access control systems. The solenoid is integral to electric strikes rated for a static holding force of 1400 lbs (635 kg) and tested for 500,000 cycles.
