Optimized nozzle concept for highest possible versatility concerning inlet pressure and spray distance. Now, painters have the possibility to set pressure and distance as required by the paint to be applied, the climatic conditions and the work method — to achieve perfect finishes. Genuine SATA nozzle sets consist of air cap, fluid tip and paint needle. Each nozzle set is separately manually "tuned" to optimize the spray fan, resulting in a perfect spray pattern meeting the highest quality expectations. Standard nozzle sets have anodized black brass air caps, brushed nickel air cap ring, stainless steel fluid tips and stainless steel needles.
