CRL Satin Anodized ACRS Straight Tee Adaptor is used to join posts and horizontal railings together to form 90-degree intersection. It features satin anodized finish that offers a durable and decorative appearance and enhances corrosion resistance. CRL Satin Anodized ACRS Straight Tee Adaptor can be attached with the 5/16"-18 socket head Cap Bolt and Rivet Nut supplied to 1-1/2" Schedule 40 Aluminum Pipe. A 27/64" hole needs to be drilled for the fastener. Then slip the intersecting pipe over the tanged end of the Adaptor and tighten the internal set screw to secure. Drilling a 27/64" hole into the intersecting pipe accesses the set screw. Important Notes Due to the different alloy component parts and anodized finishes, the ACRS Satin Anodized Railing System's finish can be inconsistent from batch to batch. Therefore, the ACRS System and Component Parts should only be used for industrial applications like warehouses, garages, etc... where the general public is not going to scrutinize the finish.
