It is ideal for bonding wood and select plastics, including ABS, PVC and polycarbonate. This all-in-one adhesive and dispenser solution features fast, easy clean up and handy accessories to meet all your dispensing needs. 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ PUR adhesive EZ250060 with no VOCs offers the initial fast speed of a hot melt with urethane horse power for added strength. The 100% solids adhesive creates bond lin as thin as 0.001 to 0.003 in on wood and is ideal for creating strong bonds with little to no clamping or fixturing. It contains UV dye to easily visualize bond lines and remove excess squeeze out. Designed for dispensing with our 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ PUR easy 250 applicator, this adhesive can be kept at optimum temperature using the 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ PUR Easy 250 preheater for easy swap out. It features 120 sec open time for joining parts together followed by a fast 60 sec to handling strength to allow for subsequent processing. 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ PUR easy adhesive EZ250060 is a one-component, 100% solids, moisture curing, structural adhesive for bonding various substrates.
3M Scotch-Weld EZ250060 off-white one-part polyurethane adhesive is compatible with plastic and wood materials with a 7 day cure time. Delivers great performance with a shear strength of 1910 psi and tensile strength of 4200 psi. Maximum operating temperature is +249.8 F. Comes in a 0.1 gal Cartridge. This polyurethane adhesive is packaged 0.1 gal per inner, 5 per case.
