The diecast aluminum finished CRL Push/Pull Latch is popular wood or metal doors; installs in 1" (25 mm) diameter single hole; for out-swinging doors 1" to 1-3/8" (25 to 35 mm) thick. Simply drill a single 1" diameter hole and install. No mortising is required. To open just pull from the outside or push from the inside. Installation requires a backset of 11/16" (17 mm) from surface of stop on jamb; baked on enamel finish.
