Product Overview
These C.R. Laurence screw-on V-Notch urethane nozzles can be utilized as a substitute nozzle for all CRL automotive urethane adhesives. This V-Notch nozzle gives the best bead configuration for enhanced bonding of automotive urethanes. The tip extension helps you control the nozzle at an even depth around the pinch weld opening. Especially supportive when installing rear sliders. The special V-shaped notch guides urethane to the accurate location you choose, to make a correct seal -- and decreases squeeze-out of excess adhesive. You'll get a smooth, consistent bead all time. Note: These nozzles will not fit our silicone cartridges because of the different thread size. For silicone cartridges, use catalog number SILNOZ. 12 Nozzles per package. Important Notes THIS NOZZLE DOES NOT FIT THE PRIMERLESS-TO-GLASS URETHANE CARTRIDGES (PP301HV, PP302MV OR PP303HL) OR THE PWR700 HEATED URETHANE CARTRIDGES. THIS FITS ALL STANDARD URETHANE CARTRIDGES THAT DO NOT HAVE OVERSIZED NOZZLE OPENINGS: PWR600, PWR600HV, PWR750, CRL900HV, CRL950FC AND CRL700. ALSO FITS POWR BOND URETHANES; CAT. NO.'S 1217349, 1217449, AND 1214001.

This V-Notch Nozzle provides the best bead configuration for improved bonding of automotive urethanes. The tip extension helps you guide the nozzle at an even depth around the pinchweld opening. Particularly helpful when installing rear sliders. The special V-shaped notch directs urethane to the exact location you choose, to make a proper seal -- and reduces squeeze-out of excess adhesive. You'll get a smooth, consistent bead every time.
