Product Overview
The rope is clamped between two fluted stationary pieces in a clam cleat (or jam cleat). Such a cleat resembles two clamshell halves held back to some extent. Although it is more compact than a cam cleat, the rope is harder to release when loaded. It fits into a plastic molding, combining alloy teeth's strength with a molded component's reduced price. It may be inserted using a mold or pressed into a hot mold. It is ideal for booms and downhauls in windsurfing. A seemingly straightforward ridged "V" groove binds ropes securely but has no moving parts that could malfunction or seize. One can untangle it immediately by giving it a swift upward and backward tug. Key Features: Combines the strength of an alloy cleat with the less costly price of a molded component by fitting it into a plastic molding. Although the exams were challenging, the performance was excellent. Outstanding value for the money It has constantly proven to be dependable, which enables it to meet our requirements for durability and quality. Better than less efficient materials.
