It doesn't have any sharp edges and it's safe to use. Easy to install and durable pull-up cleat with a 2MM thick backing plate and two locknuts. These Pull-Up Cleats are flush with the deck for a stylish, modern look. The hidden stud-mounted bolts will accept optional drain fittings for bilge water drainage. Corrosion-resistant investment cast 316 stainless steel construction. Bulk cleat backing plates are available separately. A backing plate is in the display packing (041424-1).
