The Sea Shield Marine SL-1125 zinc shaft anode provides protection against galvanic corrosion for stainless steel or bronze propeller shafts in saltwater environments. This streamlined collar anode is pressure die-cast to conform to MIL-A-18001 military specifications, ensuring optimal electrochemical activity and preventing passivation for consistent protection. It is designed for 1-1/8" diameter shafts, measuring 2-1/8" in length and 2-1/4" in outside diameter, with a weight of 0.98 lb. Installation is secured with two deep-slotted stainless steel machine screws, designed for maximum torque.
