T-STAT J/E - 18-3561 is a cooling system valve that opens or closes in response to the temperature. When closed, the flow of cooling water is stopped, causing the operating temperature to increase. It opens when the temperature rises, allowing coolant to flow through and lowering the working temperature. Maintaining the motor at the proper working temperature opens and closes alternately. To provide the highest power with the least amount of fuel needed, it keeps the engine cool and ensures that fuel combustion is maximized.
