Product Overview
Bronze Caps cover the end of a pipe and resist corrosion. Bronze fittings have an outer surface that is rough in feel and appearance, almost like it s covered with sand. That s because bronze fittings are sand cast, and then machined. Bronze Caps have female NPT threads so they can be threaded onto the end of a male pipe. They also offer excellent resistance to harmful corrosion. Threads are tapered "NPT," which stands for "National Pipe Thread."
