SEAFIT GTU ShaftPacking with PTFE GTU packing material offers superior performance. Offering performance that far exceeds natural flax packing, GTU (Graphtex Ultra) shaft packing is a unique blend of graphite fibers that are impregnated with PTFE. This combination of fibers produces a packing that is thermally conductive, strong and very durable. The thermal conductive feature dissipates heat away from the stuffing box, allowing it to run cooler and more efficiently.
