This SharkBite UC274LF 90-degree barb reducing elbow is designed for connecting PEX tubing within water distribution and hydronic heating systems. Constructed from lead-free DZR brass, this fitting ensures durability and compliance with potable water standards. It features a barb connection for secure installation with copper crimp rings or stainless steel clamps. The elbow is rated for a maximum working pressure of 200 psi at 160°F (71°C) and a maximum working temperature of 200°F (93°C) at 80 psi, with a minimum working temperature of 33°F. It is certified to ASTM F877, ASTM F1807, NSF/ANSI 14, NSF/ANSI 61, NSF 372, UPC, IPC, cUPC, IAPMO, and CSA B125.3 standards. This fitting is also approved for underground and behind-the-wall installations, requiring wrapping when buried undergr
