The SharkBite UC606LF Brass PEX Crimp Female Sweat Adapter is designed to connect PEX tubing to a sweat connection, facilitating transitions from PEX pipe to copper pipe. It features a 3/4 inch PEX connection and a 3/4 inch female sweat connection, allowing the sweat end to be soldered. Constructed from lead-free DZR (Dezincification Resistant) brass, this adapter is suitable for potable water distribution and hydronic heating systems. It connects to PEX piping using either copper crimp rings or stainless steel clamps. The fitting is rated for a maximum pressure of 200 PSI at 200°F (93°C) and a minimum working temperature of 33°F at 160 PSI.
