Product Overview
The SharkBite UR3370 Max push-to-connect slip tee fitting is constructed from lead-free, dezincification-resistant forged DZR brass. Designed for plumbing installations and repairs, it connects 3/4 inch copper, PEX, CPVC, PE-RT, and HDPE SDR-9 pipes without the need for soldering, glue, or special tools. This fitting simplifies pipe repair by allowing up to two inches of damaged pipe to be removed and replaced, with one end of the fitting lacking a stop for adjustable positioning. It is certified for behind-the-wall and underground applications, requiring a silicone wrap for buried use. The fitting is rated for up to 200 PSI and 200 degrees F, and can be rotated after assembly for easier installation in confined spaces. It includes an integral tube liner to support PEX tubing, which can be removed for copper or CPVC applications. Compliance includes ASSE 1061/NSF 103, UPC, IPC, and cUPC standards.
