Service the water pump and make the most of the boating season. Starting the season with a freshly serviced water pump will pay dividends later when the sun is out and the fish are biting. A water pump impeller that has sat idle for the winter or one that is worn from year-round use can reduce cooling water flow and cause an engine to overheat.
