Product Overview
1"hose to 3/4"NPT ports connection commonly used in exhaust manifold cooling systems. These machined brass Sierra fittings provide a cooling water hose connection for exhaust manifolds used on GM and Ford based marine engines dating as far back as 1970. Sharp barbs help the hose clamp to secure the hose and the tapered threads aid in forming a seal with the cast iron manifold. For raw water cooled engines, normally one elbow is required from each manifold. Fresh water cooled engines usually require two elbows for each manifold.
