Product Overview
A high-torque outboard starter made for the marine environment that meets SAE and ISO standards for ignition protection. This premium counter-clockwise rotation starter made for 20- to 35-hp Johnson and Evinrude outboards has outstanding starting torque. In addition to meeting UL standards, Sierra outboard starters comply with international standards required by the European Community. Remanufactured starters have new solenoids, drives, bushings, brushes and springs. The bodies are powder-coated for greater corrosion resistance.
