Product Overview
A high-torque outboard starter made for the marine environment that meets SAE or UL standards for ignition protection. This premium counter-clockwise rotating starter is for Evinrude and Johnson outboard motors. In addition to meeting UL standards, Sierra outboard starters comply with international standards required by the European Community. Remanufactured starters have new solenoids, drives, bushings, brushes and springs. The bodies are powder-coated for greater corrosion resistance.
