Product Overview
CRL SikaTack®-ASAP Urethane offers the safest solution available for vehicles equipped with airbags. In 45 minutes it meets FMVSS 212/216 in its most severe interpretation with two full size airbags and unrestrained dummies, and in a temperature range of 15°F (-9°C) to 110°F (43°C) as specified by FMVSS212.
CRL Sika-ASAP Urethane is a one part polyurethane windshield adhesive utilizing a unique accelerator system by pre-heating the cartridge of urethane to 180º­F (82°C) in either the E9006 CRL 120 VAC Urethane Heater Oven or the E9007 CRL 12 VDC Urethane Heater Oven. CRL Sika-ASAP Urethane has 725 psi tensile strength at full cure and 650 psi of lap shear strength.Important Notes

Once packages are opened they must be used. This Urethane should not be used with primers or glass conditioners from other urethane systems. Do not store at temperatures in excess of 75 degrees Fahrenheit (24 degree Celsius).
