Kano Laboratories Kroil Penetrant with Silicone (SK011), formerly known as Silikroil, is a high-solvency oil formulated to loosen seized metal parts, attack corrosion, and provide enhanced lubrication. This penetrant combines the traditional Kroil formula with dimethyl silicone, which offers extra long-lasting lubrication and rust protection, while also displacing moisture. It is suitable for freeing frozen bearings, slides, gate valves, hinges, chains, and other corroded threads or tight parts across industrial, automotive, and marine applications. The product comes in a 1-gallon can, features a reddish appearance, and is safe for use on all metals. It has a flash point of 132°F (55.5°C) TOC and a viscosity of 3.18 cSt at 40° C. It is 50-state VOC compliant, with a VOC content of 14.53%, and has a specific gravity of 0.85
