The Simmons 9488 is a cast lead-free bronze insert fitting designed for connecting flexible plastic pipe to a threaded system. It features a 1-1/4 inch barbed insert for secure attachment to flexible plastic tubing and a 1 inch Male Iron Pipe (MIP) threaded connection for compatibility with standard threaded pipes.
