The Simmons IVMAS-5X8/VMAS5X8 is a galvanized steel Venturi male adapter designed for deep well jet pump applications to facilitate fluid transfer and air injection into a water system. This process helps prevent vacuum lock and assists with pump priming by utilizing the Venturi effect, which creates a vacuum as fluid flows through a constricted section. Constructed from Schedule 40 CW (Continuous Weld) galvanized steel pipe, it offers enhanced durability and corrosion resistance suitable for both indoor and outdoor plumbing, irrigation, and industrial fluid transfer systems. It features a 1-1/4 inch Male Iron Pipe Thread (MIPT) for connection and measures 8 inches in length, making it compatible with flexible piping.
