This converter is designed to create pigmented polyurethane glossy topcoats, by the addition of the FLXT8xx universal pigmented paste, in a Converter/Paste ratio from 70/30 to 60/40.
It has high covering power, very good filling and verticality, as well as excellent softness, surface hardness, and flow.
