The CONTINUOUS HINGE, FULL SURFACE STANDARD DUTY, 83 INCHES CLEAR ALUMINUM is a geared continuous hinge designed for full surface mounting. Constructed from 6063 T6 aluminum, this hinge is suitable for 1-3/8" to 1-3/4" thick doors, with options for 2" to 2-1/4" doors using long barrel nuts. It features a 7/8" frame face fit and a 1/16" door inset. The hinge is non-handed and utilizes thrust bearings for operation. It is ANSI/BHMA A156.26-2006 Grade 1 certified. The hinge supports doors up to 48" in width. Load ratings vary by frequency: up to 200 lbs for high-frequency, 400 lbs for medium-frequency, and 600 lbs for low-frequency doors when using Rivnuts. It includes 12-24 X 3/4" self-drilling, thread-forming 410SS Phillips undercut flathead screws, 1/4-20 through bolts, and 1/4-20 shoulder screws.
