The CRC SmartWasher 1751310 SW-X123 is a bioremediating mobile parts washer kit designed for cleaning automotive and industrial components. This self-contained system utilizes a bioremediation process, employing OzzyJuice® water-based degreasing solution and an OzzyMat™ filter containing nonpathogenic microbes. These microbes break down organic contaminants like oil, grease, and carbon into harmless water and carbon dioxide, eliminating hazardous waste disposal. The kit includes one SW-23 parts washer unit, three 5-gallon jugs of OzzyJuice® SW-X1, and one FL-4 OzzyMat™ filter. The unit features a 15-gallon tank capacity, a 400 lb load capacity, and operates on 110V power. It includes an immersion heater that maintains fluid temperature between 105°F and 115°F, a 300 GPH pump, a flexible nozzle, and a brush. Constructed from heavy-duty HDPE, the washer unit has overall dimensio" H x 42" W x 27" D. It is ETL and CE certified, and the OzzyJuice® is recognized with the EPA Safer Choice label and NSF A1 registration for food manufacturing facilities
