SPECIFICATIONS
106" Abrasive Belt Machine
Abrasive Belts
This machine uses standard 4" x 106" abrasive belts. One 120 grit belt (CRL4X106120X), one pair of safety glasses, and one approved respirator, (ES8710), are furnished with each machine. A safety shield is mounted to the hood.
Motor
1HP, 110/220 volt, 60 cycle, single phase, 3450 RPM, capacitor-type wired to toggle switch, cord and plug. All machines are wired for 110 volts unless otherwise specified.
Pulleys (Idler and Driven)
5" diameter, cast iron, machine trued and balanced.
Belt Tension Device
Eccentric type with locking handle, and control knob for tracking.
Platen:
Machine is equipped with a flat platen only. Does not include roller platen or front rest roller bar.
Bearings
Sealed standard ball bearings throughout in cast iron housings.
Coolant System
Water line with solenoid control valve and low consumption
water spray nozzle (3.5 gph @ 30 psi) for wet grinding of
glass. Water is automatically turned on when motor starts.
Optional re-circulating coolant systems: (2622110) - 110V plug in; (2622230) - 230V wire in.
