The SONIN Moisture Test Meter is designed to alert users to possible moisture problems. The metal contacts at the end of a 3 ft. coiled cable detect moisture present in difficult to reach locations. The 10-point scale corresponds to moisture levels 10-28%. Scale and reference chart correlate relative and moisture % readings. Use it to check surfaces before painting, wallpapering or laying floors or tile.
