The SOSS Power Transfer Hinge gives you the ability to send power through our hinges. SOSS Invisible Hinge model #218PT is for use in wood or metal applications that are 1-3/4" thick. The model #218PT is made of zinc and steel materials. Nylon links provide added strength and durability. SOSS Invisible Hinges open a full 180 degree and are a single action hinge.

The Underwriters Laboratories labeled the model #218PT SOSS Invisible Hinge can be used on hollow metal , sheet metal, tin clad, steel composite or wood core swinging type fire doors and frames with a 20 minute rating.

The model #218PT is made of zinc and steel materials. Nylon links provide added strength and durability. This full size door style hinge will provide superior appearance and durability. Our hinges are found in many applications where flush fit, compact size and smooth operation are necessary features. SOSS Invisible Hinges open a full 180 degree and are a single action hinge.

The Underwriters Laboratories labeled the model #218PT SOSS Invisible Hinge can be used on hollow metal , sheet metal, tin clad, steel composite or wood core swinging type fire doors and frames with a 20 minute rating.

Use at least one fire-rated hinge for every 20" of door height or portion thereof, or one hinge for every 60 lbs. or fraction thereof, whichever calculation demand more hinges.

The SOSS Power Transfer Hinges are for use with four or six wire applications. Maximum wire rating is 2.5 ampere at 24 volts of direct current. For devices requiring more than 2.5 AMP, do not use SOSS Power Transfer Hinge.

Wood and machine screws are included.
