Product Overview
This water-tight compression connector, Southwire model 875A, is designed for securing Type SE (Service Entrance), Style U flat cable with two insulating conductors and one bare conductor, to a metal enclosure. Constructed from corrosion-resistant zinc die-cast, it provides a secure, weatherproof seal for electrical installations. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, including wet or damp locations, and can also be used to connect UF cable to waterproof boxes with a threaded hub. This UL and CSA listed connector has a 1-1/2 inch trade size for the conduit connection and is designed for 3#2/0 wire with a grommet opening of 0.740 x 1.235 inches.
