This CR Laurence stainless steel standoff assembly is exceptionally famous in engineering applications to secure a lite of glass to a strung metal section or segment without the utilization of a casing. The glass is manufactured with the required openings, and after that secured with the standoff to make a frameless appearance. The cat. No. SW30 spanner wrench is utilized to secure the cap assembly to the standoff base. This CRL Stainless Steel Standoff Assembly is very popular in architectural applications to secure a lite of glass to a threaded metal bracket or column without the use of a frame. The glass is fabricated with the required holes, and then secured with the Standoff to create a frameless appearance. The Cat. No. SW30 Spanner Wrench is used to secure the Cap Assembly to the Standoff Base.
The Stainless Steel Standoff is designed to be used with panels ranging in thickness from 1/4" to 1/2" (6.3 to 12.7 mm). The maximum recommended panel size for 1/2" (12 mm) glass is 39" x 79" (990 x 2006 mm), with a maximum weight per attachment point of 55 lbs. (25 kg). A 5/8" (16 mm) drilled hole is required for installation.
NOTE: The SS30 Standoff is not compatible with other CRL Standoff Systems.
