Product Overview
The Spears Manufacturing Co. 4136-101BC CPVC male adapter is designed to connect a 3/4 inch CPVC pipe to a 1/2 inch male pipe thread (MPT) component. This fitting features one socket end for solvent welding to CPVC pipe and one externally threaded end for connection to a female threaded fitting, valve, or other plumbing fixture. Constructed from PlatinumXCELL Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) material, it is engineered for use in hot and cold water distribution systems, offering resistance to corrosion and high temperatures. This adapter is pressure rated to 100 psi at 180°F. It is NSF certified for drinking water safety, low lead approved, and UPC/IAPMO listed, meeting health effects requirements for potable water applications. The product is made in the USA
