Product Overview
This Spears Manufacturing Co. 4141-010BC CPVC EverTUFF Transition Coupling is designed to connect a 1-inch Iron Pipe Size (IPS) CPVC pipe to a 1-inch Copper Tube Size (CTS) CPVC pipe. It features socket ends on both sides for solvent welding, providing a secure and leak-proof joint. Manufactured from Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC), this fitting offers excellent resistance to corrosion, chemicals, and high temperatures. It is suitable for hot and cold water distribution systems, industrial fluid handling, and various plumbing applications. The coupling is NSF Certified lead-free and conforms to ASTM D 2846 and NSF Standards 14 and 61 for potable water service. It has a continuous working pressure rating of 100 psi at 180°F (82°C) or 400 psi at 73°F (23°C), with a maximum service temperature of 200°F (93°C). The fitting is typically beige in
