This Spears Manufacturing Co. P812-422 closet flange is a PVC DWV (Drain, Waste, Vent) plumbing fitting designed to connect a toilet drain to the building's DWV piping system. Constructed from durable PVC material, it features a 4 x 3 inch reducing spigot connection, designed to fit over a 3-inch pipe or inside a 4-inch pipe. The flange includes an adjustable metal ring that provides 360-degree swivel adjustability, ensuring precise alignment of mounting bolts and a secure attachment to the floor. It is white in color and manufactured to meet ASTM D2665 and ASTM D3311 standards for PVC DWV fittings, and is NSF listed and certified to the Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC). This non-pressure rated fitting is suitable for drain, waste, and vent applications up to 140°F
