The Night Service Window is designed for controlled customer transactions in commercial and institutional environments where secure or after-hours service is required. It is commonly used at motel registration desks, 24-hour service stations, drive-up windows, and customer service counters where separation between staff and customers is needed. The unit is constructed from stainless steel with a brushed stainless steel finish to match common service counter and exterior window hardware. The housing uses 16 gauge stainless steel and is glazed with 1-1/4" Level 1 acrylic, providing a clear viewing area for transactions. The acrylic panel is fixed within the frame and does not include a speak-through system. Voice communication occurs through the deal tray opening. An integral non-ricochet deal tray is included for passing cash, credit cards, keys, and small items without opening the window. The tray is mounted on a stainless steel shelf measuring 14-3/16" width x 18" depth x 2" height, supporting controlled item transfer. The non-ricochet design helps manage item movement during use. Overall unit size measures 18-3/16" width x 18" depth x 21-5/8" height and fits a wall opening of 14-3/4" width x 20" height. A 2" wide flange covers cut-out edges for a clean installation. The window supports adjustable wall thickness from 4" to 8-1/2". Installation instructions are included. An exterior overhang is recommended for outdoor installations.
