Product Overview
Positions your boat a safe distance from the dock. Protect your boat and dock while mooring or in areas where severe weather, high wakes, winds and tides are common. These whips, crafted from heavy-duty, solid fiberglass, keep your boat away from the dock by applying continuously variable pressure. Spring lines keep the boat from moving too far out of position. Each whip rod incorporates a low friction tip and whip cleat to enable easy retrieval for boarding. Sold in pairs. Fixed-Base Models: Fixed angle base with a 60 degree angle for use with runabouts, center console ski and bass boats. Designed for fresh or saltwater use, low wake areas and non-tidal regions. Premium Models: Rocker arm base pulls the whip up and out of the way when not in use. For saltwater use in areas with large tidal range, with sailboats, large yachts, fishing boats with towers and pontoon boats.
