It features a top-of-the-line design with improved seals and a higher-performing cylinder for easy closing of pedestrian gates. Not only that, with a pre-set closing speed delivering controlled closure, it also secures pedestrian gates up to 64" in width, and up to 175 pounds of weight. This gate closer can be an ideal choice for hotel pool gates, parking lot access gates, beach access gates, office complex gates, resort gates, barrier gates, and more. Also, with its steady and stable closing action, it can be used for gates that lock by maglock or electric strike. The TB400 works perfectly with Lockey USA's 2835, 2210, 2830, 1150 keyless gate locks, and SUMO GL2 surface mount gate lock.
