However, errors may occasionally occur.

DK Hardware reserves the right to correct errors, modify prices, update product availability, cancel orders, or contact customers for additional information when necessary.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, DK Hardware may, at its discretion, contact you for instructions, cancel the order, or take other action permitted by applicable law.

Product availability and estimated shipping times may change without notice.

An order confirmation does not necessarily constitute acceptance of an order. DK Hardware may decline or cancel an order when permitted by law, including because of pricing errors, inventory issues, suspected fraud, or other legitimate business reasons.

4. Payments

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and billing information.

Payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers.

You authorize DK Hardware and its payment providers to charge the payment method associated with your order for applicable amounts.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping dates and delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delays may occur because of carrier issues, inventory availability, weather, operational issues, or circumstances outside DK Hardware's reasonable control.

6. Returns and Cancellations

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the applicable DK Hardware return or cancellation policy.

Additional restrictions may apply to certain products.

Please review the applicable product and return information before completing your purchase.

7. Comparison Purchasing

To help maintain efficient inventory and pricing, DK Hardware may restrict orders involving comparison purchasing, which means purchasing multiple similar products with the intention of keeping one and returning the others.

DK Hardware reserves the right to limit or cancel orders that appear to involve excessive comparison purchasing or otherwise create unreasonable restocking or inventory costs.

8. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information.

Product colours may appear differently depending on your display.

Measurements, specifications, photographs, descriptions, and other product information may vary from actual products because of manufacturing changes, display differences, or measurement methods.

10. Mobile Messaging - SMS and RCS

DK Hardware may offer SMS and/or RCS messaging programs.

The following Mobile Messaging Terms apply to customers who choose to participate in those programs.

Mobile Messaging Consent

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages from DK Hardware Supply LLC at the mobile number provided.

Messages may include promotional, marketing, informational, transactional, customer-service, order-related, cart-reminder, and other communications associated with the program to which you subscribe.

SMS/RCS consent is separate from email consent. Signing up for email communications does not automatically constitute consent to receive SMS or RCS messages.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing products or services from DK Hardware.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply.

DK Hardware does not charge you for receiving messages from our messaging programs, but your wireless carrier may charge you according to your mobile plan.

You are responsible for any applicable charges imposed by your wireless carrier.

Opting Out

You may opt out of marketing SMS/RCS messages at any time by replying STOP to a message or by using another unsubscribe method provided in the message.

After receiving an opt-out request, DK Hardware will stop sending marketing messages to that mobile number, except for communications that may be permitted or required by applicable law.

If you are subscribed to multiple DK Hardware messaging programs, additional program-specific instructions may apply.

Mobile Number Changes

You agree to provide a valid mobile number.

If you change or deactivate your mobile number, you should update your information with DK Hardware and re-enrol if you wish to continue receiving messages.

DK Hardware is not responsible for messages sent to a mobile number that you no longer use when you have not updated your information.

Carriers

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Messaging availability may depend on carrier coverage, device compatibility, network availability, and other factors outside DK Hardware's control.

Messaging Service Providers

DK Hardware may use third-party messaging platforms, technology providers, telecommunications providers, and other service providers to operate and deliver SMS/RCS messages.

Your information may be processed by these providers as necessary to provide the messaging service and in accordance with our Privacy Statement.

11. SMS/RCS Sign-Up Disclosure

Where DK Hardware collects consent for SMS/RCS messaging, the applicable sign-up experience will provide information about the messaging program and the types of messages subscribers may receive.

By submitting this form, you consent to receive informational (e.g., order updates) and/or marketing texts (e.g., cart reminders, promotions) from DK Hardware Supply LLC including texts sent by autodialer. The timing and frequency of these communications may vary depending on the purpose of the communication, your interactions with DK Hardware, and applicable legal requirements

Electronic communications may include order confirmations, account notices, customer-service communications, and other information related to your transactions or use of the Site.

13. Site Content and Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including logos, trademarks, product information, photographs, graphics, text, designs, software, interfaces, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to DK Hardware and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• DK Hardware Supply reserves the right to moderate, approve, reject, or remove reviews and other user-generated content posted on its website

• Contains malicious software
• Impersonates another person or entity
• Contains unsolicited advertising or spam
• Violates applicable law

DK Hardware may remove or restrict access to content that violates these Terms or that DK Hardware reasonably believes creates a risk to the Site, users, or company.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services.

DK Hardware does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, or terms.

Your use of third-party websites is subject to their respective terms and policies.

DK Hardware may display promotions, advertisements, or offers from third parties.

Any transactions or communications between you and third-party advertisers are between you and the applicable third party.

DK Hardware is not responsible for third-party products, services, representations, warranties, or transactions except where otherwise required by law.

We may take appropriate action against accounts or users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights, including restricting access to the Site where permitted by law.

Warranty coverage may vary depending on the product, manufacturer, vendor, or applicable warranty terms. Where applicable, warranty claims may be subject to verification of the product, purchase, defect, damage, or other relevant information. DK Hardware will provide warranty support in accordance with the applicable product or vendor warranty terms and to the extent required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DK Hardware will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through the Site.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

23. Force Majeure

DK Hardware will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, labour disruptions, supply-chain disruptions, telecommunications failures, cyber incidents, government actions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

24. Applicable Law and Venue

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.

Any dispute will be handled in the courts having appropriate jurisdiction in Florida, subject to applicable law.
