ANSI Grade 1 Heavy Duty Low Escutcheon Mortise Lock, Congress Lever, Single Cylinder Dormitory with Deadbolt, SFIC Prep, Less Core, Dark Oxidized Satin Bronze Oil Rubbed
The MS series Mortise Lock is BHMA A156.13-2012 certified Grade 1, and UL 10C 3-hour rated. The "L" escutcheon is 8-5/32" in height, 2-9/32" in width and 29/64" in projection. Both clutched and non-clutched mortise chassis are available. 8 commercial lever and Knob in 8 BHMA finishes to select from.
Ideal for high-traffic applications like office buildings, schools and industrial areas.
