Constructed with a thicker hex-head body, it is equipped with 1/2-inch NPT threads for plumbing connections and accepts a 7/8-inch deep socket for straightforward installation and removal. Internal components include a durable Viton O-ring for a tight, chemical-resistant seal, an hourglass spring, and a trigger mechanism for reliable water shut-off. This nipple is suitable for use in gravity flow or low-pressure watering systems operating at 10 psi or below.
