Product Overview
This Tytan International NY38100MSP twisted nylon rope is constructed for high strength and resilience in demanding applications. The rope features a 3/8-inch diameter and comes in a 100-foot mini coil. It offers excellent resistance to abrasion, UV radiation, rot, mildew, oil, grease, and various chemicals, making it a marine standard. With a tensile strength of 3350 lbs, nylon rope is known for its high elongation and shock absorption capabilities, which allows it to stretch and return to its original length when not under load. It can be easily spliced for custom rigging. While resistant to many elements, nylon rope does not float and can lose approximately 10-20% of its strength when wet, regaining it upon drying.
