This Tytan International SBN10175 solid braid nylon rope is constructed from 100% nylon fibers in a lock-stitch design, providing a firm, round, and flexible cord. It exhibits excellent resistance to rot, abrasion, oil, mildew, most chemicals, and UV degradation, making it suitable for outdoor and marine environments. Known for its elasticity, it offers significant shock absorption, allowing it to withstand strain and perform effectively in applications involving pulleys and winches. Nylon rope is generally stronger than polypropylene and polyethylene and maintains its flexibility while resisting unraveling. It has a melting point of approximately 490°F, with strength loss beginning around 240°F, and can experience up to a 10% reduction in strength when we
