The Shallow U-Channel is a structural component designed for securing glass panels in various architectural and shower enclosure applications. Constructed from aluminum, this channel provides a stable frame for glass installation. It is compatible with 3/8" or 1/2" monolithic tempered glass. The profile features a 1" width, a 1" height, and an inside width of 3/4". The total length of the channel is 120". This U-channel supports both wet glazing methods using silicone and dry glazing methods using a top load roll-in glazing gasket. The shallow profile design allows for versatile mounting in different glass configurations. Matching end caps are required for installation and are sold separately.
